Boasting a spacious and well presented entertaining area with air-conditioning and Sky T.V. French doors leading to a patio area with BBQ and large private gardens with well maintained swimming pool with separate outside shower. The pool can be lit at night and an array of fruit trees. Fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms making up the ground floor. Two double bedrooms and further bathroom complete the top floor. Casa Natalie is well presented throughout and comes with off street parking for two/three cars, garage and separate laundry room containing washing machine utility and storage area. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region.

Drive south 10 minutes to Calpe along a beautiful coastal road visit the port for a superb choice of seafood restaurants all trying to tempt you with tasters of their menu and sangria. Or walk along the sea front and eat in one of the bars and restaurants with sea views.

Drive a south a little further Altea town to the square and visit the blue domed church which can be seen from the motorway on route from Alicante to Moraira. Take your pick of lunch offered from the restaurants on the sea front. drive up to Altea hills Sample the breathtaking view of Benidorm or north to Calpe Rock.

Visit Benidorm beaches or sample the shopping and delights of this busy old town or book an evening at the at Benidorm Palace with dinner and drink. And a fabulous show.

A visit to Travel the village of Guadalest.is a must Occupying one of the most stunning positions in Spain, this small village is precariously perched on the top of a granite mountain, giving fabulous views across the valley carved out by the River from which the village takes its name.

To get there you go inland on the CV-70, 25 km from Altea, 30minutes along the same raod to Alcante.

Drive north to the next town Javea and stroll the sea front or set in one of the bars restaurants. or take it easy on the beach. Drive north 1 hour to the city of Valencia not be missed with all the charm of old Spain plus the excitement of modern Spain visit the the shops or just walk around take in the charm of the city visit the new Valencia aquarium.

Moraira / Baladrar area.

Moraira is a small, pretty town on the Costa Blanca coast, half-way between Alicante and Valencia. .Moraira has many bars and restaurants,you can dine under the stars or just relax with a drink. You can visit the fish market selling freshly caught fish of the day, and take back to the villa for a BBQ by the pool or wander around the town and choose from the many small shops. Every Friday you will find the local market in the centre of Moraira.

There are many festivals during the year, one of the most spectacular is the Moors and Christians festival which is held around the middle of June. This includes beach battles, marching processions through the town and ends with a fabulous fire work display.

There are a number of Golf courses around Moraira.and a good par 3 course 5 minutes from the villa. Hourse riding off road safaris can be arrange there is a go carting track just outside of moraira which is great fun for all the family.
